1) I Canâ€™t Get The Social Media Links In My Profile Account Settings To Work. I Enter The URL, But When I Go ToClick On The Link After Saving, It Doesnâ€™t Go To My Social Media Page. What Am I Doing Wrong?

Make Sure That You Are Copying And Pasting Only The Part Of Your Profile URL That Follows The Websiteâ€™s Part Of The URL You Are Wanting To Show Up In Your Music Central Station Profile.

For Example:

https://www.facebook.com/[NAME]

You Would Copy [NAME] Only And Paste That Into The Facebook URL Field.

The Same Procedure Applies For All Other Social Media Fields (Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, and Soundcloud).

2) I Am Trying To Upload A Song But Am Getting A Message That Says â€œToo large file selected, allowed audio file size is : 10MBâ€.

With A Free Account You Are Limited To A File Upload Size Of 10MB. In Other Words The Song You Want To Upload Cannot Be Bigger Than 10MB Exactly (Not 10.1MB or higher). Use A Lower Bitrate In Order To Upload The File Successfully.

If You Upgrade To A Pro Account, Your File Upload Size Limit Will Be Increased To 50MB.

3) What File Formats Are Accepted For Upload?

At This Time Only MP3, M4A, and MP4.

Bigger Filetypes May Be Supported In The Future.
